• Lead trial counsel for Florida aviation maintenance company defending action brought by four victims of airplane crash. Obtained defense verdicts in separate jury trials in state and federal court.

• Lead trial counsel for German auto manufacturer in case involving serious burn injuries with claims for design defect including punitive damages. Obtained defense verdict.

• Lead trial counsel for international aircraft engine manufacturer named in consumer class action alleging fraud and breach of warranties. Obtained order de-certifying class effectively ending case.

• Lead counsel for international aviation company that paid multiple millions in payments to victims of commercial airplane crash in action against national insurance broker for professional negligence in failing to secure proper insurance coverage. Case settled on first day of trial for client’s entire losses plus interest.
